Radical Aramaya ("we", "us") runs radicalaramaya.com, including Make a Song, the Lyric Sync tool, the Lyric Video Studio, membership, and the credit wallet. This page explains what we collect, why, and how it's handled.
When you apply for membership, join for a free account, place an order, or top up credits, we collect the details you give us directly: name, email, phone number, address (for full membership applications), and the song/creative brief for an order. We do not ask for or store payment card details ourselves — card payments are handled entirely by PayHere, our payment gateway (see below).
When you submit a Make a Song request, we collect the song title, lyricist's name, your WhatsApp number, the lyrics and meaning you provide, and a photo or PDF of your bank transfer slip. We don't collect an email address for this product — your WhatsApp number is the only way we contact you, both to ask anything about the submission and to send the finished song's link. The slip is used only to confirm your transfer and isn't shared beyond the small team that runs Radical Aramaya.
The audio and lyrics you upload to time a song or build a video are processed to generate your result and are not shared with anyone outside the automated services described below.
Credit top-ups are paid by card through PayHere, a licensed Sri Lankan payment gateway. Your card details go directly to PayHere's secure checkout page — they never pass through or get stored on our servers. PayHere confirms successful payment to us automatically; we only ever see the confirmation, the amount, and an order reference.
Order, membership and credit-ledger records are kept as our accounting and support history. Write to us any time if you'd like your personal details removed from records that are no longer needed for that purpose.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at the email below. We reply personally — there's no automated system standing between you and us.
