Radical Aramaya's products are Make a Song, and — through the Lyric Video Studio, paid in credits — timed subtitles and rendered lyric videos. This policy explains when a refund applies to each.
Make a Song is paid by bank transfer and produced by hand, so its refund terms are different from the credit-based products below:

Once credits have been spent on an order, that portion is no longer refundable — see below for what happens if the resulting video itself has a problem.
Automatic SRT and every lyric video build are generated specifically for the song and lyrics you provide, the moment you order — there's no shared or resold inventory. Because of that, credits already spent on a completed order aren't refunded simply for change of mind. That said, if something on our side genuinely didn't work — the automatic timing came back badly wrong, the export failed, or the video doesn't match what was ordered — write to us with your order reference. We'll fix it, regenerate it, or refund the credits spent on that order, whichever is fairest for what went wrong.
Manual SRT (timing your own lines in Lyric Sync) and the watermarked studio preview are always free — there's nothing to refund on either.
