These terms cover your use of radicalaramaya.com, including Make a Song, Lyric Sync, the Lyric Video Studio, membership, and the credit wallet. By using the site, buying credits, sending us your lyrics, or placing an order, you agree to them.
Radical Aramaya's core offering is Make a Song: you send us your lyrics and what they mean, and we compose and produce an original song from them by hand, then publish it to our YouTube channel and send you the link. We also offer timed subtitles (SRT files) and rendered lyric videos, built from a song and lyrics you already have. Every product is delivered digitally — there is no physical product and nothing is shipped.
Make a Song is priced separately from the credit system, at a flat rate shown on the Make a Song page. Until our card payment gateway is approved, it's paid by bank transfer: you submit your lyrics along with a photo or PDF of the transfer slip, and we confirm the transfer against our bank statement before starting work. There's no automatic unlock for this product — composing and producing the song, publishing it to YouTube, and sending you the link are all done by hand, so turnaround isn't instant. We contact you about your submission by WhatsApp only, using the number you provide — we don't collect an email address for this product.
An account (free, instant "Regular" membership, or an applied-for discount tier) is required to hold a credit balance and place a paid order. See Membership for how the discount tiers work. We may decline or revoke a membership application at our discretion — most commonly where the contribution described doesn't meet the bar we're applying it against.
Every product here — Make a Song included — is for lyrics and songs you wrote or own the rights to. Please don't submit someone else's lyrics for us to compose, or use the video tools to make a video of someone else's commercial recording. We reserve the right to refuse or remove any order that appears to infringe another party's rights.
Once an order is paid, an unlock code is issued immediately and the finished export is available in your browser session. Keep your order reference and code — they're how you regain access if you come back later. We aren't responsible for a lost reference or code, but write to us and we'll help where we reasonably can.

Automatic SRT and AI-generated thumbnails use a third-party AI model (Google's Gemini API) to process the audio and lyrics you upload. Results are generated automatically and, while we tune the pipeline carefully, we can't guarantee a particular result — you can always fall back to manual timing and your own artwork at no charge.
We aim to keep the site available, but don't guarantee uninterrupted access — hosting, third-party services (PayHere, Gemini), or maintenance can occasionally cause downtime. We're not liable for losses caused by service interruptions outside our control.
Our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific order or top-up in question. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
